This website provides general information about Ghost Holding and the Office. It is not an offer, contract, professional advice, promise of employment, or commitment to undertake work. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content unlawfully.
Inquiries and engagements
Sending an inquiry does not create a client, employment, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any engagement or commitment must be set out separately in writing by an authorized representative of Ghost Holding.
SMS terms
Ghost Holding sends operational and customer-care text messages only to people who request or consent to them. Messages may concern appointments, project coordination, property or vendor matters, requested follow-up, document status, and similar non-marketing communications.
Message frequency varies by conversation and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email admin@ghostholding.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property
The Ghost Holding name, site design, copy, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Ghost Holding. Limited personal viewing is permitted; republication or commercial use requires written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Ghost Holding is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
