This Privacy Policy applies to the SMS notification program operated by Michael Gonzalez, doing business as Ghost Holding, under an A2P 10DLC registered campaign delivered through Twilio.
The program collects only the mobile phone number of the enrolled customer, the customer's consent record, and message delivery metadata required by the underlying carrier (timestamp, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out status). No additional personal information is collected through this SMS program.
Mobile numbers and delivery metadata are used solely to deliver account notifications, service alerts, one-time verification codes, and appointment and task reminders to enrolled customers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and any consent information collected under this program are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. No mobile information is shared for any purpose other than message delivery through the carrier network.
Message frequency varies based on account activity and reminders. Typical volume is fewer than ten messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out is processed immediately and ceases all messaging from this program. Replying HELP returns contact information. Recipients may also email assistant@ghostholding.com to manage their preferences.
Phone numbers and delivery metadata are retained for the duration of the program and for a reasonable period thereafter to support compliance, audit, and dispute resolution requirements. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor previously expressed preferences.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect the limited information collected by this program. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date above.
