Effective June 29, 2026 · Last updated July 10, 2026 · Michael Gonzalez DBA Ghost Holding · Lebanon, Tennessee

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the SMS notification program operated by Michael Gonzalez, doing business as Ghost Holding, under an A2P 10DLC registered campaign delivered through Twilio. By opting in to receive messages from this program, the recipient agrees to these Terms.

2. Program Description

The program, "Ghost Holding Notifications," delivers account notifications, service alerts, one-time verification codes, and appointment and task reminders to customers enrolled in Ghost Holding's Stacy service. The program does not send marketing or promotional content.

3. Consent

Messages are sent only to customers who have provided prior express written consent, captured at service enrollment or by written request, as described in the SMS Consent & Program Disclosure. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on account activity and reminders. Typical volume is fewer than ten messages per day. Message and data rates may apply through the recipient's mobile carrier.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message from this program. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, reply START or opt in again through the original consent channel.

6. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at assistant@ghostholding.com.

7. Carrier and Service Limitations

Message delivery is dependent on the recipient's mobile carrier and on Twilio's underlying service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program operator is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undelivered messages caused by carrier conditions, recipient device issues, or factors outside the operator's control. The program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

8. Disclaimer

This program is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the program operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the program. The program operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the program.

9. Privacy

Information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, including your mobile number and consent records, is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
