Ghost Holding sends automated, application-to-person (A2P) service notifications by SMS to customers who have expressly opted in. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
The SMS notification program described on this page ("Ghost Holding Notifications") is operated by Michael Gonzalez, doing business as Ghost Holding, of Lebanon, Tennessee, under an A2P 10DLC registered campaign delivered through Twilio. Ghost Holding builds and operates Stacy, a private household AI operating system, and uses SMS to deliver service-related notifications to enrolled customers.
Customers provide prior express written consent through one of the following methods:
At the point of opt-in, customers are shown the program name, message types, expected frequency, "Message and data rates may apply," opt-out instructions (Reply STOP), help instructions (Reply HELP), and links to this page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service. Records of each consent — including timestamp, mobile number, and the disclosure presented — are retained.
Messages delivered under this campaign are limited to the following categories:
No marketing or promotional content is sent under this campaign.
Message frequency varies by account activity; typical volume is fewer than ten messages per day per customer. Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message received under this campaign: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Opt-out is processed immediately by Twilio's platform and ceases all messaging from this program. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor previously expressed preferences.
Upon receipt of an opt-out keyword, the customer will receive the following confirmation message once: "You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from Ghost Holding. Reply START to resubscribe."
Replying HELP or INFO to any message returns the following response: "Ghost Holding Notifications. Service alerts and reminders for enrolled customers. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Contact: assistant@ghostholding.com"
The program is subject to the site-wide Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Both documents include SMS-specific disclosures.
Mobile phone numbers and any consent information collected under this program are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. This non-sharing applies to all third parties, including affiliates and partners. No mobile information is shared for any purpose other than message delivery through the carrier network.
